Assets (Company) (Beta)

Overview

The Assets tool is Procore's solution for managing the digital thread of your company's fixed assets—such as HVAC systems, fire protection equipment, doors, and more; from design and construction straight through to operations. By eliminating the friction of the traditional "data dump" handover, this tool ensures a connected, digital flow of information.

The Company Level Assets acts as the master repository for all assets within your organisation. It provides a complete, consolidated view of:

Assets created directly at the company level, which can later be assigned to projects or remain unassigned.
Assets created directly within a specific project.

Administrators define asset structures, establishing a company-wide Asset Type hierarchy, and customizing data fields and statuses. This configuration creates a robust, scalable, and standardised Asset Register that aligns all teams.
