Edit a Correspondence Type


To edit a correspondence type in the company's Admin tool.


You can edit a correspondence type that you have created in the Admin tool.

The Correspondence tool will not display for any projects on the project level until a correspondence type has been created and at least 1 correspondence type has been applied to a project.

Things to Consider


  1. Navigate to the Company level Admin tool. 
  2. Under 'Tool Settings', click Correspondence.
  3. Under the Types tab, click Edit to the left of the correspondence type you want to edit.
  4. Update the desired fields for the correspondence type and click Save.
