View the Workforce Assignments List

Objective

To view the workforce Assignments List.

Background

The workforce Assignments List provides a list view of all your current workforce assignments. You can view the assignees, projects, start dates and many other details based on your preference. You can choose what information to display as well as arrange the columns in the order you prefer.

Things to Consider

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Company level Workforce Planning tool.
  2. Click Assignments and select Assignments List.
  3. Select the Group.

  4. Click the columns icon-configure-columns-wfp.png icon to select the columns to show on the list.
  5. Mark the checkboxes for the columns you want to show:
    • Name. The assignee's name.
    • Job Title. The assignee's job title. See Configure Job Titles for Workforce Planning.
    • Project. The project the assignment is for.
    • Project #. The project's project number.
    • Start Date. The assignment's start date.
    • End Date. The assignment's end date.
    • Start Time. The assignment's start time.
    • End Time. The assignment's end time.
    • % Allocation. The percent of the assignment's allocation. See What is a Workforce Allocation Type?
    • Status. The assignment status. See Configure Request and Assignment Statuses for Workforce Planning.
    • Gender. The assignee's gender.
    • Employee ID. The assignee's employee ID.
    • Category. The project's category. See Create Project Categories for Workforce Planning.
    • Subcategory. The project's subcategory. See Create Project Categories for Workforce Planning.
    • Overtime. Whether overtime is approved for the assignment.
    • Work Days. The assignment's work days.
    • Project Address. The project's address.
    • Project Address 2. The project's address, continued.
    • Project City. The project's city.
    • Project State. The project's state.
    • Project Country. The project's country.
    • Project Postal. The project's postcode.
    • [Custom Fields]. Custom fields that are created for people or assignments appear at the end of the list.
  6. To change the order in which the columns appear, click on the column header and use a drag-and-drop operation to move it to the desired location.
  7. Click Save.
