Reassign a Coordination Issue

Objective

To reassign a coordination issue to another user in the project.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Standard' or 'Admin' level permission on the project's Co-ordination Issues tool.
Note: Users must have 'Standard' or 'Admin' permissions to be added as an assignee.
  • Additional Information:
    • You can only reassign a co-ordination issue to another user if you are listed as the Assignee on the issue.
Note: 'Admin' users can change the assignee for a co-ordination issue by editing the Assignee field on the issue. See Edit a Co-ordination Issue.
    • A coordination issue cannot be reassigned if it is in the 'Elevated' or 'Ready for Review' status.
    • After you reassign a coordination issue, the action will be added to the issue's Activity Feed.
    • Any changes made in the Co-ordination Issues tool at app.procore.com will automatically sync with the Procore plugin. If you make an edit in the plugin while you have the Co-ordination Issues tool open in your browser, you will need to refresh the page in order to see the changes.
