Below are the notable changes to the project's Site Teams tool in 2018.

Recent Changes

Added Messaging to Employee List (5/9/2018)

Updated the Employee List in the Project level Site Teams Tool to add messaging information to explain why an employee name is not included in the list.

Removed Sidebar and Moved Actions to Drop-Down Menu (8/8/2018) 

Updated the Project level Site Teams tool to remove the sidebar and to move the orange buttons into a "Create" and "Reports" drop-down menu in the top right corner.

Add Workers Without Including an Email Address (28/6/2018)

Updated the Project level Site Teams tool so users can now add 'workers' (e.g. craft workers, temp labourers and seasonal employees) to the project's Site Teams tool without an email address and the 'workers' will then be automatically added to the Field Productivity tools Employee list. Create a Site Team Without Designating a Site Team Lead (12/1/2018)

Updated the Project level Site Teams tool so it is now possible to create a site team without designating a site team lead. See Create a Site Team.

Added the Option to Delete a Site Team From the Edit Window (11/1/2018)

Updated the Project level Site Teams tool so you can now delete a site team when editing a site team. See Edit a Site Team.

Select a Site Team When Creating a Timesheet (11/1/2018)

Updated the Project level Timesheets tool so you can now select a site team when creating a timesheet. To use this option, your company account must be using Procore's Timesheets tool. These tools are part of Procore's Field Productivity product line.  See Create a Timesheet.

Site Team Leads With 'Standard Level' Permission Can Now Edit a Site Team (11/1/2018)

Updated the Site Teams tool so that now, only users with 'Standard' level permission or higher on the Site Teams tool can edit a site team. See Edit a Site Team. Note: Users with 'Standard' level permissions are ONLY allowed to edit a site team when they are designated as the Site Team Lead. 

Site Teams Tool Now Available (10/1/2018)

A new Project level Site Teams tool is now available to Procore customers who have implemented Procore's Field Productivity product line. For information, see Site Teams.
