Below are the notable changes to the project's Site Diary tool in 2021.
NEW PROVIDER FOR WEATHER DATA IN THE SITE DIARY TOOL (30/06/2021)
Procore is now using a third-party named Tomorrow.io for populating weather data in the Site Diary tool. Data was previously provided by Dark Sky, which is no longer supported. See Which weather providers are supported by Procore? for more information.
MOVED THE 'CLASSIFICATIONS' TAB TO THE PROJECT ADMIN TOOL (22/02/2021)
For Procore projects using the project's Timesheets tool, the 'Timecards' section of the project's Site Diary displays the employee's work classification in the 'Classification' drop-down list of a timecard entry. To improve the experience for users of Procore's Field Productivity tools, Procore has moved the 'Classifications' tab from the Project level Timesheets tool to the Project level Admin tool. Users can continue adding classifications in the Company level Admin tool (see Add a Classification) and now choose which company classifications are available in a project by following the steps in Enable Classifications on a Project.
