The Documents tool is where important files of any type can be stored and accessed by specified users.
- Set up a centralised folder structure by creating folders and sub-folders
- Set and manage permissions on folders and documents
- Create publicly-viewable folders so invited tenderers can view relevant documents without having to log in to Procore (must have Tendering tool)
- Upload or download files and view progress
- Check out and lock a document
