  • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project Admin tool with the 'Update General Settings' granular permission.

  • You can only see open items for tools you have access to.
  • The count of overdue, due next and total items reflects all items for that tool. However, to open the item and see the details, users must also have 'Read Only' level permissions to view the listed item in that Procore tool.
