attach files from procure document management tool (22/04/2026)
Procore introduced the ability for users to attach documents from the Document Management tool to Defect List tool items, streamlining document management and collaboration. Users can now attach files directly from the Document Management tool when creating or responding to defect items, as well as within the activity feed. Modernised Defect List Experience (12/08/2025)
The Defect List now has a modernised, more intuitive layout and design. There are no major changes to functionality. See, Create a Defect List Item.
