Set Up a Field Production Report

Objective

To set up a Field Production Report.

Background

This feature will help field teams understand the productivity of their workforce so they can catch problems early and make changes to maximise their profit. Field teams can track this information with a set of budgeted labour hours and budgeted production quantities that they have imported to Procore. They can then analyse the job’s productivity on a weekly or biweekly basis from the Field Production Report. This report provides teams with real-time insights into productivity rates so they can make more informed decisions on site.

Things to Consider

Required User Permissions:
- 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Admin tool.
  AND
- 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Directory tool.

Notes

For customers using Procore's Field Productivity and Project Financials tools, production quantities and hours entered on your project's variations automatically updates data in these Procore features, when variations are placed in the 'Approved' status:
