How should I adjust my budget view if the Head Contracts tool is disabled?

If the Head Contracts tool is disabled in your Procore company account, your company's Procore Administrator can follow the steps below to check the status of the Head Contracts tool in the account and to disable the Head Contract columns from your Procore Standard Budget view.
How to check the status of the Head Contracts tool
To check the status of the Head Contracts tool in your company account:
- Navigate to the Company Admin tool.
- Under Company Settings, click Account Information.
- Under Tools by Product Category, expand the Financial Management group.
- Look for Head Contracts in the list.
Note: If Licensed appears under Contract Type, the tool is enabled on the project.
How to modify a budget view's columns when the Head Contracts tool is disabled
To modify the budget view's columns when the Head Contracts tool is disalbed:
- Navigate to Company Admin tool.
- Under Tool Settings, click Budget.
- Under Budget Views, click one (1) of the budget views that you want to modify.

This example shows you how to modify the Procore Standard Budget view. However, the budget views that you choose to modify on your company account may be different.
- Click Configure Columns.
This opens the Configure Columns window.
Revised Budget
To modify the calculated column named 'Revised Budget' by removing 'Approved COs' from the calculation.
