Mark a Coordination Issue as Complete

Objective

To mark a coordination issue as complete, letting the coordination issue Admin user know that the work has been finished and is ready to be reviewed and closed.

Background

Once a coordination issue has been created, it is sent to the assignee to be resolved. Once the assignee resolves the issue, they will mark the coordination issue as complete. This marks the issue as ready to be reviewed by the coordination issues Admin and if the Admin approves the work, the coordination issue can be marked as closed. A closed coordination issue denotes that no further action is required on the coordination issue.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Standard' level permissions on the project's Co-ordination Issues tool.
      AND
You must be the assignee of the co-ordination issue.
  • Additional Information:
    • The coordination issue must be in an 'Open' or 'Released' status in order to mark it as complete.
    • If you are an 'Admin' user, you will not see an option to mark an issue as complete.
