Retrieve a Coordination Issue from the Recycle Bin

Objective

To retrieve a previously deleted coordination issue from the Coordination Issues tool's Recycle Bin.

Background

To prevent accidental data loss, Procore does not permanently erase co-ordination issues when you delete them. Instead, Procore automatically moves any deleted items into the Co-ordination Issues tool's Recycle Bin.

This feature acts as a safety net. It gives project administrators the power to review deleted items and restore any issue that someone removed by mistake or that the team needs again for project reference.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Co-ordination Issues tool.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Co-ordination Issues tool on app.procore.com.
  2. Click the Recycle Bin tab.
  3. Click the Issue link to restore. This opens the side panel.
  4. Click Retrieve.
    This moves the issue back to the All Issues tab.
