Export a Legacy PDF for Owner Invoicing in the Modernised Experience

Background

You can now directly export the legacy owner progress claim PDF from the Modernised Experience. This enhancement allows you to obtain the specific progress claim formats needed for your project's advanced settings or by our Custom Solutions team without having to exit the modernised beta.

Things to Consider

  • If your company has a customised PDF export created by the Custom Solutions team, this is the correct export method to utilise.

  • This version is controlled by the PDF selections in the 'Prime Contracts' advanced settings.

  • The legacy PDF provides the original document format that was previously only available in the legacy interface.

Prerequisites

  • Your project must have the 'Modernised Experience' enabled for the Owner Progress Claims tool.

  • Required User Permissions: 

    • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Head Contracts or Invoicing tool.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Project level Invoicing tool.

  2. Click the Owner tab to view owner progress claims.

  3. Select the Owner or Funding Progress Claim you want to review.

  4. Under Schedule of Values, Select Historical Standard from the Column View When Exported drop-down list.

  5. Click the Export drop-down menu.

  6. Select Legacy PDF. 

Note: The system generates the PDF based on your current settings and starts the download automatically.
