Preview a Subcontractor Progress Claim

 For Procore Customers in the United States

flag-us.png  When your company applies the 'Owners English' or 'Specialty Contractors English' point-of-view dictionary, you'll see different tool names and term changes in the user interface. Learn how to apply the dictionary options.

    • This table shows the differences in tool names (bold) and terms across the point-of-view dictionaries for Project Financials. These dictionaries are available in US English only. The default dictionary is designed for head contractors, which means that you will need to work with your Procore Administrator at your company and your Procore point of contact to access the other dictionary options.

Objective

To learn how to view the summary preview for a subcontractor progress claim

Background

After you create a new subcontractor progress claim, you can preview what it will look like in its final format by expanding the 'Summary Preview' container in the progress claim.

  • Additional Information:
    • You must submit your progress claim before the 'Due Date' on the progress claim. 

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Invoicing tool.
  2. Click the Subcontractor Progress Claim tab. 
  3. Locate the progress claim that you want to preview and click to open it. 
  4. Click the arrow next to 'Summary Preview' to expand the section. 
    This gives you a preview of what the progress claim will look like in its final format.
