Where can I find the email address to send daily registers, photos, documents and emails to Procore?

Each project has several unique email addresses that are used to import and convert email attachments to documents, photos and emails in Procore. The most convenient place to view all of the inbound email addresses is from the Company level Reports tool. However, if you do not have access to the Company level Reports tool, you can view them from the individual tools associated with the email address.

From the Company Level Reports Tool

If you have 'Admin' permissions on the company's Reports tab, you can view the project email address report in View a Report.

From the Site Diary, Emails, Photos and Documents Tools

If you do not have 'Admin' permissions on the company's Reports tool, you can view email addresses for tools as explained below.
Note: Click one of the following links to skip to a section.

Email Address for the Site Diary Tool

  1. Navigate to the project's Site Diary tool.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the List view page.
  3. Click Emails to expand the section.
  4. The email address appears in the banner.

Note: Any emails sent to this email address will appear in the Emails section of date's log.

Email Address for the Documents Tool

There are two different types of inbound email addresses for the Documents tool:

Email Address for Adding Files to the Documents Tool

Note: You must have 'Admin' permissions to the Documents tool to access the Configure Settings page where the inbound email address is listed.

  1. Navigate to the Documents tool.
  2. Click the Configure Settings icons-settings-gear.png icon.
  3. The email address is listed under Import Options, in the 'To Email Files To This Project' section.

Note: Any files attached to an email sent to this address will be added to the 'Emailed Documents' folder.

Email Address for Sending Emails to a File or Folder's Emails Section

  2. Locate the file or folder you want to create an email communication for.
  3. Click the info icon-info2.png icon to expand the information panel.
  4. Click Emails to open the Emails window.
  5. The unique email address for the document is listed in the banner.

All emails sent to this address will appear in this section when viewing the file or folder.

Email Address for the Emails Tool

  • Navigate to your project's Emails tool.
  • The inbound email address for the Emails tool appears under 'Email into Procore'.
Note: Each project's inbound email address has a unique email address.

    • If all emails are configured to be private by default, and you send an inbound email, any recipient in the TO or CC fields in your email client must be an Admin to the Emails tool to view these emails within the Procore Emails tool.
    • If a user with 'Admin' permission on the project's Emails tool has created a 'Default Distribution' list (see Configure Advanced Settings: Emails), members of the default distribution list will receive ALL emails that have either been created in or sent from the Emails tool. Members will also receive all messages sent to the Emails tool via the inbound email address. This includes emails that have been marked 'Private'.

  • Choose from these options:
    • Double-click the address in the box and copy it. You can then paste the address into the To or Cc fields of any new email message.
    • Click the Email Address link. If your email client is configured properly, the system will open your system's default email client and automatically add the address to the 'To' field of a new email message.

Email Address for the Photos Tool

Note: You must have 'Admin' permission to the Photos tool to view the email address in the tool's configure settings page.

  1. Navigate to the project's Photos tool.
  2. You can view the email address in the Configure Settings page. See Email Photos (Inbound)
Note: Any emails sent to this project email will be captured in the project's Photos tool and sent to the defaulted album. See Configure Advanced Settings: Photos for more information on default photo albums.
