Objective
To add Plan Revisions entries to the Site Diary using the Procore app on an Android mobile device.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- To create entries:
- 'Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Site Diary tool.
- To create pending entries as a collaborator:
- Additional Information:
- Procore recommends that you use the Drawings tool to track plan revisions and changes to the project's drawings.

This action can be performed in offline mode. Tasks performed in offline mode sync with Procore once a network connection is reestablished.
Steps
- Navigate to the Daily Log tool using the Procore app on an Android mobile device.
- Tap the date to select the calendar day for which you want to create a new entry.
- Tap
to create a new entry.
- Tap Plan Revisions.
- Tap into the following fields to enter the relevant information:

Revision Title: Tap the Revision Title field. Enter the revision title that appears on the plans.

Plan #: Tap the Plan # field. Enter the number that appears on the plan submitted.

Revision: Tap the Revision field. Enter the revision number that appears on the plans.

Category: Tap the Category field. Enter the category of discipline that appears in the revision.

Comments: Enter any comments that may be needed to further describe the entry.
- Tap Save.
Tip
If required fields are empty, click Fix Errors to go to the first empty field. Click Next Field or Previous Field to view other empty required fields.
After the required fields have been entered, you will be able to create or save the form.
