Objective

To search for a 'worker' in the project's Site Teams tool.

Background

Site Team members without an e-mail address or a user account in the Project or Company Directory can be added as a 'worker' in Procore in the project's Site Teams tool. See Add a Worker for instructions on how to add a worker to a site team.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Site teams tool.

Prerequisites

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Site Teams tool.
  2. Click the Workers tab.
  3. Type a name in the Search field.
    The search query's scope includes the following fields:
    • First Name
    • Last Name

  4. Click the magnifying glass icon or Enter on your keyboard to initiate the search.
