Update a Primavera P6 Program in Procore Drive
Objective
To update a project's program by uploading a revised Primavera P6 program file to Procore Drive.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Admin' level permission on the project's Program tool.
- Additional Information:
- In order to perform the steps below, you must have a computer running:
- A supported version of Microsoft Windows.
- Oracle’s Primavera P6 Professional Project Management software.
- Important! The program file cannot be updated in Procore. After modifying the program in Primavera, you can use the steps below to upload and apply the updated project program in Procore.

Prerequisites
- Integrate a Primavera P6 Program using Procore Drive
- The program file must be updated in Primavera.
Steps
- After updating the program file in Primavera, open Procore Drive on your computer.
- Select your company name and project from the drop-down menus.
- Click the Program tool.
Note: Make sure that the Program ID aligns with the Project ID of the file that you want to upload. - Click Export Program to upload the updated project program to your project in Procore. It will take a few minutes for your program to finish the upload process.
Note: If you would like Procore to automatically send a notification to members of your team when program updates are uploaded to the Program tool, mark the 'Upon Program Changes' option in the Configure Program Notification Emails.
