Currently, the Data Extracts 2.0 tool can extract a copy of data from the following tools so that you can have a record of these items outside of Procore:
Note: An asterisk (*) denotes that you cannot choose whether to include attachments associated with the tool's items in the extract.

Action Plans	Extracts all action plans that exist in the project's Action Plans tool.
Tender	Extracts all tenders that exist in the project's Tendering tool.
Change Events	Extracts all change events that exist in the project's Change Events tool.
Change Orders*	Extracts all change orders that exist in the Change Orders tool. Change orders are created in the project's Commitments and Head Contract tools.
Correspondence	Extracts all correspondences that exist in the project's Correspondence tool.
