Search and Filter Time Entries in the Company Level Timesheets Tool


To use the search and filter options to locate items in the company's Timesheets tool.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Company level Timesheets tool. 


Search for a Timesheet
  1. Navigate to the company's Timesheets tool.
  2. Type a keyword or phrase in the Search box and/or select a Work Week.
    The search query's scope includes the following fields:
    • Employee Name
    • Location
    • Cost Code
  3. Click the magnifying glass icon or press Enter on your keyboard to initiate the search.
Filter Timesheets
  1. Navigate to the company's Timesheets tool.
  2. Click the Add Filter drop-down menu.
  3. Select one of the following:
    • Approval Status
    • Billable
    • Cost Code
    • Created By
    • Site Teams
    • Employees
    • Location
    • Projects
    • Sub Job
    • Time Type
    • Classification
  4. Click the menu that appears to add additional constraints.
    • Users can apply more than one filter to further narrow the display results.
    • To clear a filter, click the X to the left of the filter.
    • To clear all filters, click Clear All.
