Search and Filter Time Entries in the Company Level Timesheets Tool
Objective
To use the search and filter options to locate items in the company's Timesheets tool.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Company level Timesheets tool.
Steps
Search for a Timesheet
- Navigate to the company's Timesheets tool.
- Type a keyword or phrase in the Search box and/or select a Work Week.
The search query's scope includes the following fields:- Employee Name
- Location
- Cost Code
- Click the magnifying glass icon or press Enter on your keyboard to initiate the search.
Filter Timesheets
- Navigate to the company's Timesheets tool.
- Click the Add Filter drop-down menu.
- Select one of the following:
- Approval Status
- Billable
- Cost Code
- Created By
- Site Teams
- Employees
- Location
- Projects
- Sub Job
- Time Type
- Classification
- Click the menu that appears to add additional constraints.
Notes:- Users can apply more than one filter to further narrow the display results.
- To clear a filter, click the X to the left of the filter.
- To clear all filters, click Clear All.
