Disable Weekly Project and Resource Program Emails


To disable the automatic sending of Weekly Project and Resource programs to your project and site team.


The Weekly Project Program and Weekly Resource Programs can be enabled or disabled in a project Program tool's Configure Settings page. See Configure Advanced Settings: Project Program

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Admin' permissions on the project's Program tool.
      Note: To view or edit information on the Permissions Table page for the Program tool, 'Admin' permission to the project's Directory tool is also required.


  1. Navigate to the project's Schedule tool.
  2. Click the Configure Settings  icon.
  3. Click Email Settings.
  4. Choose which emails you want to disable:
    • If you want to stop project program emails from being sent, clear the tickbox next to Enable Weekly in the Weekly Project Program section.
    • If you want to stop project resource emails from being sent, clear the tickbox next to Enable Weekly in the Weekly Resources Program section.
  5. Click Update.
