Procore's Conversations tool provides a convenient way for project stakeholders, across office and site teams, to communicate within Procore. Project Admins can create groups to share important information with key individuals in the project, while all team members can start conversations on specific items in a project and privately message others with direct messages as needed. 

  • The Conversations tool can be used across Procore's web and mobile applications for easy access. Individuals using the Procore iOS or Android application on their mobile device will receive push notifications when new messages are received to make communication even more seamless.
