If your Procore account enforces a lockout policy, a user who has failed to log in successfully after three attempts will automatically be locked out of their user account. In addition to the option to contact your company's Procore account administrator to unlock their account, users now have the alternative option to unlock their account themselves by resetting their password. See How do I reset an unknown password?
'Permission Templates' and 'Permission Exports' Sections Moved to Permissions Tool (13/4/2020)
Updates to SSO Login Management (24/3/2020)
If your company's email domain is managed by SSO in Procore and you have 'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Directory tool, you can now change the login email address for other users who belong to the same SSO domain and for other users who only have user accounts in your company's Procore account. See Can I change a person's email address in the Directory? Users whose company's email domain is managed by SSO in Procore and who do not have 'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Directory tool cannot change their own login email address. See Change Your Login ID Email Address for Your Procore User Account.

The new 'Contacts' and 'Inactive Contacts' tabs in the Directory tool are populated with contacts (formerly known as 'reference users') created from one or more projects' Incidents and Site Teams tools. Users with 'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Directory tool can edit, inactivate and reactivate contacts. See Edit a Contact in the Company Directory, Inactivate a Contact in the Company Directory, and Reactivate a Contact in the Company Directory.
